Modelling – Which is the process of finding someone who’s achieved what you want to achieve, learning exactly what they did, and then doing the same thing.
Specific actions lead to specific results. If you take different actions, you will create different results. So if you want a specific result, then you must find the action(s) that were taken in order to create that result, and then do those actions.
We have a tendency to overcomplicate things. But it’s really as simple as learning the right strategy from the right person, then just doing what they did. It’s quite literally the secret recipe to master anything in any walk of life, and it’s proved the most effective way of learning how to do anything for millions of years across the entire animal kingdom.
